Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered between Entire Group Ltd (“ENTIRE”) and its customers.
At the time you make a Booking, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and conditions. They will commence on the date of your Booking.

Booking

All bookings must be made using the booking form on the Website unless otherwise agreed between the Parties.
When you purchase childcare provision, ENTIRE will occasionally contact customers with onboarding instructions and details about the service you have signed up to. Unless you opt in to our newsletter you will only be contacted about the childcare provision you have purchased. You have the right to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. All data is handled in accordance with privacy policy.
Following receipt of your Booking, ENTIRE will send you a Booking confirmation Email. Please ensure that your email address is supplied correctly at the time of Your Booking otherwise ENTIRE will be unable to send the Booking Email and Your child(ren)s place on Your chosen session may not be guaranteed.
Upon receipt of the Booking Email, you must check this carefully to ensure the information contained within it (such as the dates and location booked, and your child(ren)s details are correct). If any information contained within the Booking Confirmation is incorrect You must inform ENTIRE within 7 days of receipt of Your Booking Email and ENTIRE will use all reasonable endeavours to make any changes required.
If You do not advise us within 7 days of receipt of the Booking Email of any inaccuracies, ENTIRE shall assume that the information contained within the Booking Email is correct.
If You have not received your Booking Email from ENTIRE within 48 hours of making your booking please contact ENTIRE on the contact details.

Payments

The amount to be paid by you will be detailed at the time of Booking.
ENTIRE accept payment via credit card, debit card and where applicable childcare vouchers and tax credits.
All Fees for any Booking not utilising childcare vouchers must be made when you make Your Booking.
For any booking utilising childcare vouchers or tax credits as payment, we require funds from your childcare voucher provider within the same day of your booking (unless agreed between both parties prior to your booking.)
If You are booking onto a HAF camp with a HAF code, you are confirming that the child is eligible under the HAF scheme. Local authorities will confirm that Your child’s HAF code is valid and if the criteria is not met, you are liable for the full payment of the ENTIRE Holiday Club booking.
If ENTIRE agrees a payment plan with you, you must adhere to the terms of that plan. If you do not than ENTIRE reserves the right to cancel your Booking immediately.

Changes to your booking

Changes to Your Booking can be made up to the day that your booking commences.
Any requested changes are subject to availability and ENTIRE’s acceptance.
If You wish to make any changes to your booking, you must do so over the telephone or email. ENTIRE’s contact details can be found on the Website. Please note that leaving a telephone message or voicemail or sending an email will not mean that your Booking has been changed. Any changes will only be accepted and made once You have spoken to a representative of ENTIRE on the telephone or email and they have confirmed the amendment.
ENTIRE reserves the right to modify an activity at our holiday clubs or wraparound care due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances on the day. If any such changes are made by ENTIRE this will not automatically give rise to any entitlement to a refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

It is not ENTIRE’s policy to issue cash refunds for cancellations.
However, sessions cancelled can be transferred to a different day or a credit note can be issued, which is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
Holiday Club Cancellations (including child sickness): We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before the day your child is due to attend to issue a 100% credit note.
If you cancel your sessions without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice before the day your child is due to attend, you will not receive any credit.
Breakfast and After School Club Cancellations: A credit note will be issued for any subsequent sessions which are missed due to the child sickness/injury.

Offers (Vouchers and Codes)

If ENTIRE awards you a percentage discount voucher/code this cannot be used more than once and is non-transferable and cannot be used past the stipulated expiry date. Unless this is agreed between both parties prior to your booking.)
The use of a percentage discount voucher/code is subject to approval by ENTIRE.
You may only use one discount voucher/code with any transaction with ENTIRE.
ENTIRE reserves the right to reject a discount voucher/code if it reasonably believes that it has been falsely or incorrectly used.
Discount vouchers/codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotional code.
ENTIRE reserves the right to amend and/or withdraw any or all of the Offers at any time

Free Days/Promotional Codes

If ENTIRE awards you a golden ticket for our after-school clubs, this can be used for 1 of our clubs until 4.30pm.
If ENTIRE awards you a golden ticket for our holiday clubs, this can be used for 1 day only from 9am-3pm.
Any free days awarded cannot be used more than once and are non-transferable.
A Booking made using a promotional code can only for used for the day stipulated and only one promotional code can be used per child.
